Historic Litchfield County Home
Kick back and relax in this calm, classic 1910 colonial home with original charm and character. You’ll have the whole house to yourself… Enjoy the fireplace in the enormous front-to-back living room or main bedroom on a cold night or the nice breeze on the big, beautiful porch on a warm day. The outdoor fire pit is also a nice treat! You can walk to restaurants and shops or drive 15 minutes to lakes, hiking trails, wineries, antiquing or neighboring Litchfield towns.
The space
Private historic home with 5 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. Two fireplaces to enjoy on cooler days and a huge side porch where you will want to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner. Big private backyard with a fire pit/sitting area. You will also enjoy the bench under the tree for quiet reading and reflection.

Yverose was wonderful. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot to host our weekend get together. The house was beautiful and so comfortable – perfect for 6 girlfriends. We would love to be back one day!!

place was really nice- my only suggestion would be that this is a hard place with little ones- a lot of the furniture is really old so I wouldn’t let the 7 yr old touch anything which probably isn’t the most fun for her!
